Weekend Rugby Review
A good way to kick off this week’s betting blog, with success over the weekend with a number of big bets on France +16 against New Zealand. Suspected that the home side would play a little differently with the pressure of a home nation and 24 years of being favourite and not living up to expectation. France are also New Zealand’s bogey team and can always bring an unexpected result at a crucial time in a Rugby World Cup.
Didn’t think that France would have enough to secure a victory at Eden Park (somewhat of a fortress for the men in Black) but as was proved gave them a very good run for their money. It’s a shame this blog facility wasn’t available last week as feels a bit like after-timing, although all in the office and a few bookmakers who are hurting now will confirm that I am not.
This Weekend
More rugby action for me this weekend- making a trip up the road to the Madejski Stadium to watch London Irish against Bath. I will be putting some predictions and gambling advice up here before the end of the week.
