Right well it’s been a bit of a while since the last blog with extended holidays and the Christmas break. Time to get back into some proper rugby action from all the top leagues this weekend.

Tonight’s action in the Premiership sees Northampton host a rampaging Quins side. Can Chris Ashton on his return from suspension help the Saints fight off the table toppers? Noah Cato makes a rare start on the other wing for Saints and Tom Wood starts in the back row.

Changes to the Quins side see Nick Easter back at 8. Saints haven’t lost a league match since September so it would seem that this could be the hightlight match of the weekend.

That said I feel that the 7 point headstart being offered by most bookmakers at 10/11 for Quins appears to far too generous so have filled my boots as this is gonna be a close one.

Big Bet 3: Gloucester to beat Worcester off scratch at 10/11
