Football and Darts Gambling Advice

Happy Valentine’s to one and all. It was a quiet week last week, with nothing really catching they eye of this betting blog. However, there are a few things I may have a few big bets on and would like you to join in!

The Champions League is usually uncompetitive at this stage with so-called lesser teams still in at the last 16 stage. However, I think the minnows tonight may be good for a point. Barcelona are much too short away from home in the champions league: 2/5 away in Germany… no thank you! Both teams have suffered a dip in form domestically. Barcelona lost at the weekend but they didn’t have the midfield pairing of Xavi and Iniesta. However, those two don’t warrant them being that short. Bayer are missing some key men but I will still be backing the draw at 4/1 general.

In the other match tonight, have a really big bet on the under 2.5 goals @ 8/11. Not only do Apoel not score they don’t even shoot! They had the 2nd fewest shots on target in the group stage (17). However, they are solid at the back and can limit Lyon to 1 or 2 goals at the most. If you’re feeling really adventurous have a couple of big bets on 1-0 Lyon @ 5/1 and 2-0 Lyon @ 11/2.

Of the championship matches have a double containing Cardiff @ 8/13 and Brighton @ 11/10. Cardiff’s home form should be too good for Peterborough and Brighton are flying at the moment with Millwall in a real slump.

There really is money to be had from the PDC! I will be having a very big bet on Adrian Lewis @ 5/6. Although Barney had a good result in week one he is nowhere near his best form and I fancy Lewis to really put him to the sword. 5/6 is almost like finding money on the street!

In the second match Anderson is way too short @ 8/13. He mustered some form of comeback against Painter but Hamilton is a player in form after the Worlds and his convincing first week victory against Wade. I will be having a big bet on Hamilton +2.5 @ 4/5 and will have a small interest on Hamilton at 11/4.

The other two matches are a little more tricky. I think Taylor will win but won’t be backing him @ 1-4 and I think the handicap is just about right. No bet there, just enjoy the Power! The other match is very intriguing. Wade played a shocker in week one but on his day he’s officially the 2nd best PDC player ever. Whitlock is a formidable opponent. This points to a very juicy price of 9/2 the draw. Either way the Premier League this year is going to be amazing.

Over and out. Be sure to thank me when you’ve had another good time taking money off the bookies! Haha.
