The good news for Arsenal is that Galatasaray have never won in nine previous visits to England.

The bad news is that Arsenal have a mounting list of injury woes.

Three key players were injured during Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Tottenham and only Jack Wilshire is likely to be fit enough.

Ramsey (hamstring) and Arteta (calf) are out of action – probably for at least a month.

To compound Arsene Wenger’s problems Theo Walcott and Serge Gnabry are also sidelined with knee injuries.

Defender Nacho Monreal (back) and Yaya Sanogo (hamstring) are out of action until the international break.

Wenger said. “I believe we have a strong squad and we want to use that during the season. Basically the target [to get out of your group] is always the same in the Champions League – you need to win your home games and you need one good result away from home. We had a disappointing result in Dortmund and the potential is there for us, we don’t lose a lot but we want to find the winning edge together and we have that opportunity against Galatasaray.”

There’s plenty of pressure on Arsenal tonight given they lost their opening match to Dortmund and their significant injury list.

I expect the Turkish outfit to be good enough to hold the Gunners to a DRAW.
