Ben Keith

Owner Ben Keith launched Star Racing at the tender age of twenty-one and has built Star Sports into the fastest-growing and most exclusive luxury bookmaker in the world.

Ben was previously a leading on-course greyhound racing layer and worked with both Victor Chandler and City Index. When just twenty-four he achieved his lifetime ambition when he became Walthamstow’s leading bookmaker.

He still runs the business as its Managing Director and his insistence on top-quality bespoke service runs through every aspect of the company.

Manhattan Boy. He always used to win at Plumpton when I was a kid. He paid for my train home many a time.

When I was 19 I won £10K on a horse called Pension Fund. I started my business with the money.
