Under-pressure Spurs boss Thomas Frank could really do with a result when his Tottenham side are visited by Manchester City on Sunday, writes JOE CITRONE.

Spurs’ league form has been very poor in recent weeks, with pressure really starting to ramp up on Frank, but they did pick up a useful win at Frankfurt in the Champions League in midweek, which saw them qualify for the last-16.

That doesn’t detract from the fact that Spurs find themselves languishing in 14th-positon in the Premier League, and although their Danish coach has been afforded time to turn things around, results need to improve fast.
