STAR FOOTBALL PREVIEW Sun: Arsenal v Chelsea

Arsenal will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table on Sunday when they lock horns with London rivals Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium, writes JOE CITRONE.

Manchester City’s 1-0 victory over Leeds United on Saturday means that the Gunners’ lead at the top of the table is now just two points, but Mikel Arteta’s side have the chance to increase it back to five on Sunday.

There is some concern about whether Bukayo Saka will be fit to feature in this one after suffering a knock to his ankle in their most recent outing against Spurs. It would be a seismic blow to Arsenal’s chances on Sunday, and for the remainder of the season, if he is out for an extended period of time.

Chelsea will be hoping to bounce back from a very disappointing draw to struggling Burnley in their last outing, where some poor marking from a corner led to a late equaliser from Zian Flemming.

That leaves the Blues without a win in their last two Premier League matches, and manager Liam Rosenior will be eager to ensure it doesn’t become three in a row on Sunday.

However, I think Arsenal have enough quality to get the job done, although I expect it to be fine margins, and that’s why I am backing a home win and under 3.5 goals at 7/5 with starsports.bet.
