In-form West Ham United take on Wrexham in the Championship on Friday night at the London Stadium, writes JOE CITRONE.

The Hammers didn’t get off to the best of starts this season, throwing away a 2-0 lead against Burnley in their opening game before losing 2-1 to Charlton Athletic, but they appear to have hit their stride now.

They have won their last three games, with the most recent coming away at Bolton Wanderers on Tuesday night.

It’s been a mixed bag of results for Wrexham, who sit in mid-table after six games, having lost just once but also picked up only one win, with the other four ending in draws.
