BEN’S BLOG: ‘Dinner with The Computer People’
[dropcap]W[/dropcap]e enjoyed dinner, last night, with our favourite Computer People, in the whole wide world, and their full team of Daleks, at English’s (the last sanctuary, from all of the middle-class-lefties, that have now destroyed Brighton).
I really wanted to test their mettle though, Blog, and see if they actually ARE the real deal. So I asked Lugi (I spent the evening, incorrectly, calling him Luigi) if he could write a message, in Computer Talk, to Tomek (who CLAIMS to be the boss of all things Computer).
Once having the script in my possession, I gave it toย Tomek, and informed him; that we had only 2 minutes until the building exploded, unless, of course, he deciphered the code correctly. Well, all I can say, is that should this have been a real mission, I would not still be here to tell the tale. It took AT LEAST 5 minutes, and the message was only ‘Hello Tomek’!!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy my photos with The Daleks. You will notice, Blog, that I asked them to show you their specialist clicking fingers!!
In other news:
‘You can’t do enough for a good guvernor’. Something a dog-track Staff once said to me (before he started stealing from me.)
For me, the greatest power; is the power to forgive. But close to that, must be the power; to enable and better others (that WANT to be bettered, that is, – I have learnt that detail now).
Andy Clerkson and Dominic Hawken, of Grand Parade, who designed starspreads.com, have done this, in spades, with their team from Poland. They have opened doors for them, flown them around the World to design websites, treated them like family, paid them well, and educated and bettered them. And in return, they have received hard work and loyalty. WELL DONE, DOMINIC AND ANDY.
SOMETHING A SPOILT ENGLISH WHITEY STAFF WOULD NEVER UNDERSTAND OR APPRECIATE.
Over and out, B x
