[dropcap]M[/dropcap]uch has been commented regarding this video-clip, of the Stewards, at Goodwood, dealing with the Jockeys, and Ryan Moore’s comments.

Get a grip of yourselves, please. Do you realllyyy think life is long enough to take yourselves this seriously…??

1) Ryan Moore is the champ. He made a well-meant cheeky-dig to a colleague. He’s as entitled, as any of us, to have a laugh at work. GET YOUR SHOULDERS BACK.

2) Nevermind what RM said. For me, the issue is the way the Jockeys are spoken down to, like naughty children, in such a clipped-tone, by the female Steward. DO YOU THINK THE WIMBLEDON MANAGEMENT WOULD SPEAK TO ROGER FEDERER LIKE THAT?

Racing is always THE FIRST on the Unlucky-Face list. “We don’t get big enough crowds.”. “Why don’t more young people come racing?”. Whine, whine, whine. MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY BEING A BIT LESS STUCK-UP THEN!
