BEN’S BLOG: ‘I Love Lefties!!’

[dropcap]G[/dropcap]reat news, Blog! The CEO and Owner of Giraffebet; Harry Macadam, has handed out, to one lucky winner, a dream card, and taken on a brand spanking new wage-slave!

This evening, myself and my dog, Mr Josh, went for a walk with Harry, to get a full update on the early progress of his new Staff. Like a Greyhound Racing judge, monitoring the progress of an unraced puppy to the track, we are able to study the early form of a Staffer, and predict it’s future uses and performance. On congratulating Harry on his new appointment, I pondered for a moment, and then a question came to mind.

“But Harry, what’s happening about you taking different people on to watch over your car key business, run your pro-punting, your property project, and keep an eye on everything when you’re in Kenya?”

Suddenly a very small smile appeared on the side of Harry’s face.

I knew immediately…

“Ohhhh, come onnnn, Haarrryyyy… I knowww yoooouuuuoooo…”

Harry could no longer hold back and he burst into a fit of laughter. The naughty man!

It looks like Harry’s new £10 an hour Staff has taken on far more than she bargained for!!!

In other news:

There are quite staggering rumours going around that I am anti-lefties and have an unfair attitude towards all of them. Blog, this is a flagrant attack on my character and completely untrue. I have nothing against reds under the bed, as long as they; don’t have union-faces, jealous-faces, awkward-faces, or a hypocritical middle-class leftie way about them. (Rare exceptions DO exist).

Bob Crow would CERTAINLY have a union-face BUT at least he’s a character. In this modernist Facebooker world, where all politicians look the same and lack any form of spine, it makes a nice change to actually see someone come to the front of the field, who can at least, stand up for what they believe in.

I would say though, that my favourite leftie would have to be Dennis Skinner; the aged, far-left, labour politician. He’s eighty-two. Doesn’t miss a single sitting at the House of Commons. And speaks his mind, loving nothing more than to fire into Hooray Henry professional politicians.
