BEN’S BLOG: ‘Jesus is ALIVE..!!!’

In other news:

Assunta Madre, 8 – 10 Blenheim Street, Mayfair, W1S 1LJ. The most expensive restaurant I have ever been to in London. Pretense personified, whether it be the menu or the Staff themselves. Had to ask 3 times for some olives, which were poor anyway. ‘We let the food speak for itself, Sir’, when asked for some pink-sauce, to go with the seafood-salad (which, appeared to me, to be calamari only anyway). ‘We don’t do ‘french-fries’, Sir’ (when asked for some chips). But unfortunately, they did do roast potatoes, which they mixed in, with some more of their unpleasant olives. They well rated themselves. I didn’t. GROSSLY OVERPRICED. 3
