BEN’S BLOG: ‘So, are you still mocking Mr Farage now..?’
[dropcap]Y[/dropcap]ou all mocked and patronised him from afar, treating him like a nobody. You dismissed him. When he spoke, Blair even grinned at him, whilst nodding. But despite every rude name, disparaging comment, and wall put up, by the middle-class-leftie media, he kept going. With his bare-hands, on his own, out in the cold, he scaled that wall, cutting himself all the way, on everybody’s barbed comments. He never stopped pushing. He dedicated himself. He never rose to any bait, or tried to be someone he wasn’t, just to placate and get in with others. Instead, he kept his personal decorum, and did everything his own way. And then one day, above all of you, he rose his fist. And in that moment, you all realised it was too late to run away. In that moment, you suddenly knew, that you had made the most fatal error of all – to underestimate a man’s capability and will. And when he brought his fist down, it was with a HAMMERBLOW from which the left WILL NEVER, EVER RECOVER.
In other news:
I never thought that Nigel Farage and Mahatma Gandhi would be compared. But Gandhi said the following words, which I think are most appropriate, given Mr Farage’s incredible victory:
“First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.”
Nigel Farage = EXTREME NOT-STAFF
