NEIL PHILLIPS (part 1 of 3)

Neil talks about his passion for horse racing from a very early age, creating his own horse races with toys, his unfulfilled ambition to emulate Peter O’Sullevan, getting some lucky breaks during his career path, the pressure of writing a tipping column, his own personal punting, the importance of the pre-parade ring.
