You will have noticed that I am once again not riding this weekend.

Basically, I aggravated an old injury in spill in Navan a couple of weeks back and have been off since giving things a chance to settle down.

The truth is I’m not getting any younger and it’s probably just sensible to give these things time.

I’m all good though and will be back next week. I’ve been riding out a bit this week and am just taking things steady ahead of Cheltenham which is fast approaching.

On that subject, I really enjoyed flying over to London on Monday and filming with the lads ahead of meeting a few of you in the shop.

It’s been a couple of years since the last time I was in Mayfair seeing you all and it was great to be back.

We filmed plenty of previews which you can watch online now.

I’ll be back next weekend with a normal blog, but in the meantime, like me, take it easy…
