(9) This promotion does not include ‘Build-a-Bet’ bets or permutation bets (trixies, yankees, patents, lucky 15’s etc.), Football Specials or Football Star Boosts
(10) Real cash bets only.
(11) Cashed Out bets do not qualify for this promotion.
