Gunners fans are Daylight Believers
Arsenal v Everton
Premier League
4pm, SKY
[dropcap]S[/dropcap]purs landed our bet yesterday – but it’s never easy….. they had to come from behind after Sunderland scored first.
You could argue that Arsenal’s chances of winning their first Premier League title since 2004 were enhanced more by the failure of their rival teams yesterday rather than anything that may happen at the Emirates at 4pm this afternoon.
It couldn’t have been scripted any better for fans of the Gunners with Chelsea and Man U both suffering surprise defeats and Man City only drawing.
Now for the visit of Everton at the Emirates and a chance for Arsenal to open the daylight of seven points at the top of the table. Things get tougher for Arsenal in December with Man City and Chelsea to come and this match will also be a big test with Everton who are currently in 5th place in the table.
Arsenal have won 15 of their last 18 home games against Everton, however the recent encounters have been short on the goals front:

Everton come into this in cracking form and it might not be as straightforward for Arsenal as it has been in other years. Their late winner at Old Trafford was a real body blow for Man U who of course lost by the same scoreline against Newcastle yesterday.
Everton have no new injury concerns so they could field the side that started in their win at Man U.
It should be a cracker with both teams in good form and I’m taking both teams to score at around 8/11 as the preferred bet with Star Sports.
