Arsenal and Liverpool have been given a guilt-edged opportunity by Chelsea in the Premier League after their lacklustre performance earlier when beaten 2-0 by Newcastle.

The prize for an Arsenal or Liverpool win is that either will sit on top of the Premier League tonight.

Arsenal have won 15 of their last 19 Premier League matches and have a good recent record over Liverpool.

Arsenal remain the only team to score in each of their Premier League matches this season and will be looking to preserve that against a resurgent Liverpool who have double the number of points they had at this stage last season.

Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez are both likely to fancy their chances too in a match which should be both entertaining and I can see plenty of goals.

Referee Martin Atkinson could be in for a busy evening.
