PREVIEW: Cheltenham Day Four
RAIN ALERT !!!!
Connections of Many Clouds must be delighted as their rain dance has worked.
The going has eased again at Cheltenham today and is now officially soft, good to soft in places (from good to soft).
That gives a major fillip to the claims of Many Clouds who is undoubtedly better with give in the ground.
The Oliver Sherwood trained runner has won all three of his last races – and the going has been soft on each occasion.
Those wins included, notably, the Hennessy at Newbury where he was an impressive winner.
There’s been plenty of money around for the favourite Silviniaco Conti too and certainly won’t be inconvenienced by the change in going.
If you haven’t checked out the incredible SILVINIACO CONTI offer today – it’s the lead story on the web site.
Put simply, if you are considering backing SILVINIACO CONTI in the Gold Cup then it’s a money back insurance offer that you have to grab. Basically, you get your money back if Silviniaco Conti finishes outside the first three (up to £500) – check the offer page for full details.
Also – final chance to check out the Cheltenham Preview Videos in the Cheltenham part of the site.
And if you’re on course today – don’t forget to pop by and say hello at the Star Sports pitch in the main ring.
Today’s feature the World Hurdle looks as wide a renewal as I can remember and I am having a small bet each way on the Sandra Hughes trained Lieutenant Colonel being able to continue his progress. He is one of the few who genuinely look to be improving.
