Norway face France at Boston Stadium on Friday, the first ever meeting between the two nations at a World Cup, writes JOE CITRONE.

Both sides have already booked their place in the last 32 after perfect starts, but top spot in Group I is still up for grabs, with France’s superior goal difference meaning a draw is enough to see them through as winners.

France arrive with the look of a side cruising, six goals shipped in by Senegal and Iraq without reply, and the bench alone would walk into most other squads at this tournament.
