Arsenal could take a big step closer to realising their title dream as they host already-relegated Burnley at the Emirates on Monday night, writes JOE CITRONE.

Victory here would temporarily open a five-point gap over Manchester City, who respond at Bournemouth on Tuesday. If Pep Guardiola’s side slip up at the Vitality, Arsenal will be crowned champions with a game to spare.

The Gunners have come through a sticky patch in recent weeks, losing at Manchester City and suffering an FA Cup exit at Southampton in April, but have since won three on the bounce, including a precious 1-0 victory at West Ham last week thanks to Leandro Trossard’s late strike.
