STAR FOOTBALL PREVIEW Thurs: Spain v Scotland
Scotland will be looking to continue their fine start to EURO 2024 qualifying on Thursday night when they take on Spain at the Estadio de La Cartuja.
Spain will, of course, be looking to enact their revenge on Scotland for the defeat they suffered at the hands of Steve Clarke’s men in March thanks to a brace from Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay.
Their recent results in the lead-up to this game have been positive. Luis de la Fuente’s side beat Georgia 7-1 in September and then followed that up with another emphatic 6-0 victory over Cyprus four days later.
There is the potential for three full international debuts to be handed out in this game with Fran Garcia, Oihan Sancet and Bryan Zaragoza all currently uncapped at senior level.

Scotland have had a superb start to their qualifying campaign and have put themselves right in the driving seat for qualification through to the finals next summer.
From their opening five games, they have a 100% record with five wins from five and sit at the top of Group A ahead of Spain and Norway.
They have a six-point cushion over Spain as it stands, but de la Fuente’s side have a game in hand and things could change very quickly if Scotland were to fall to defeat in Seville.
⭐ SPAIN v SCOTLAND STARSPORTS.BET MARKETS ⭐
I do expect that to happen as well. Scotland are on a fantastic run and must not be underestimated, but I don’t envisage Spain falling into that trap after last time and I think they have the quality to come through. It won’t be an easy game, and I can see Scotland scoring, but I see Spain winning here. At 21/10 with starsports.bet, I am backing Spain and both teams to score.
