🏈 Dallas Cowboys

🏟️ Stadium: AT&T Stadium | Head Coach: Brian Schottenheimer | Star Player: CeeDee Lamb – Wide Receiver | Famous Fans: Post Malone, Denzel Washington, Jamie Foxx

Expectations: If Dak Prescott can stay healthy at quarterback, with the improved offensive line and CeeDee Lamb & George Pickens at Wide Receiver, this could be the year that “America’s Team” breaks their 30 year streak of not getting past the divisional round of the playoffs.

Expectations: The Eagles’ talent level is among the best in the NFC, but with a new offensive coordinator and the loss of star receiver AJ Brown, Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley will need to learn the new offensive schemes quickly and return to their 2025 season high to get right back in the NFC championship picture.

Expectations: After back-to-back losing seasons, the Giants have brought in Super Bowl-winning head coach John Harbaugh. Jaxson Dart showed great potential in his rookie season, and if Nabers recovers from his knee injury should be a fun season for the Giants. With 2 top ten draft picks and a great defence, the Giants will surprise a lot of people this season.

🏟️ Stadium: Northwest Stadium | Head Coach: Dan Quinn | Star Player: Jayden Daniels | Famous Fans: Kevin Durant, Matthew McConaughey, Josh Brolin

Expectations: Crashed to a 5-12 record last season after reaching the NFC championship the season before, but Jayden Daniels only played in four full games at QB due to injuries, and with McLaurin back and the arrival of Stefon Diggs, it should be a much different season. With a very winnable division, the Commanders could be right back in the mix if their health cooperates.

🏈 Chicago Bears

Expectations: Although the Lions finished with a 9-8 record last season, 5 of those defeats were by less than a touchdown. With Gibbs, St.Brown & Williams fully fit and with the 2nd easiest schedule the Lions should bounce back and retake the NFC North crown and a deep run in the postseason.

Expectations: With Jordan Love coming off a career year and a great wide receiving corps, hopes are high for a good season. However, with Micah Parsons rehabbing from a torn ACL and missing at least the first 4 games and Josh Jacobs on the exempt list the Packers will need to be on their A game from week 1 to maintain their hopes this season.

Expectations: Another offseason reset with Kyler Murray under centre, their 4th QB in 4 seasons. Should be a big upgrade and have a talented group of wide receivers; the Vikings should have a better season. Although being in the toughest division will have to improve to make the playoffs.

Expectations: Rookie QB Tyler Shough is entering his first full year at QB1 and with an upgraded offense including Travis Etienne, the Saints are hoping to break a 5 year playoff drought. Being in the easiest division will help, but starting with two road games against Detroit and Baltimore, the Saints will have to hit the season running to break the drought.

Expectations: With star players Baker Mayfield and Vita Vea both unhappy with new contract offers, it could be a turbulent season for the Bucs. If they conclude that the Bucs have a roster good enough to win south but if not, then it could be a rough season in Tampa.

Rightly Super Bowl favourites and with the Super Bowl at their home stadium anything less will be a disappointment.

Expectations: The 49ers’ offseason additions in 2 wide receivers, Mike Evans & Christian Kirk, read well- if key players Bosa, Warner, Kittle and Brock Purdy, who all had serious injuries last year, are healthy, the 49ers can push the Rams and Seahawks all the way in the West.
