STAR PREVIEW: Arsenal v Norwich

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he weekend that could finally crown Leicester as 5,000/1 Premier League winners and the way they have played and ridden their luck this season you certainly wouldn’t put it past them getting the job done in style at the Old Trafford on Sunday.

Before that, just one televised game on Saturday – that’s Arsenal v Norwich at the Emirates and it’s the foot of the table that’s of more interest as far as this game goes.

Relegation is now an ‘any two of three’ affair and Norwich may have an advantage of the schedule here because the earlier matches featuring fellow drop candidates Newcastle and Sunderland will already be done and dusted.

Newcastle are at home to Crystal Palace and Sunderland away to Stoke and surely the two North East sides will be playing for their lives for any points.

The earlier results could of course put more pressure on Norwich – not that a trip to the Emirates isn’t a tough enough challenge for them. Their next game is against Man U and they will probably look to the season ending games at home to Watford and away to Everton for their salvation in a regulation battle that looks set to go right to the wire.

A series of recent draws and consecutive losses against Man U and Swansea have done irreperabale damage to Arsenal’s own title hopes but they will be keen to finish the season in third and ahead of Man City who they face at the Etihad next weekend.

Norwich really shouldn’t pose any problems given their woeful away form. They have failed to score in six of their last eight away games in the league and lost seven of those.

Team news is good for Arsenal. Both Santi Cazorla and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have recovered from their recent injuries and Tomas Rosicky is fit again but may not feature.

Norwich captain Russell Martin could return after a virus kept him out of the game with Sunderland.
