STAR PREVIEW: Bournemouth v Man City
[dropcap]B[/dropcap]ournemouth have lost their last three games again Man City by an aggregate of 13-1 and given they let six in last time against Everton itโs hard to see this being anything other than a high scoring affair in favour of the visitors.
Fortunately some good work earlier in the season from Bournemouth has kept them safe from being dragged into the immediate relegation battle but they are now only six points off the drop zone so will need to start picking up some more points soon.
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe said: “We’ve done well against the top teams this year and we’ll have to do that again.
“I’ve always said we need to get points as soon as we could, we knew the second season would be harder – it’s no surprise to me.
“We’re going to need to be very good this week to get anything against Manchester City. We respect their players be we can’t be fearful.”
Man City seem to be back to top form and although fifth in the table – will jump to second place with a win tonight highlighting just how tightly placed the chasing ground are behind Chelsea.
City manager Pep Guardiola has a full-strength side to choose from with Sergio Ageuero a possible starter having spent the last two games on the bench.
