STAR PREVIEW: Burton Albion v Stevenage

[dropcap]D[/dropcap]ropping further down the football pyramid on Monday night for the live game and a chance for Burton Albion to further strengthen their automatic promotion claims from League Two.

Burton Albion currently top the table by two points but crucially are a full nine points clear of the play off places so it’s looking good for the Staffordshire side who have been particularly strong at home.

Stevenage, on the other hand, have struggled away from home and have only won one game from their last six which was against Hartlepool who are in deep trouble themselves at the relegation end of the table.

Burton Albion are expected to hand debuts tonight to new loan signings Jack Dunn, Kevin Stewart and Denny Johnstone to offset Robbie Weir who is suspended and an injury list comprising of Florent Cuvelier, Stefan Maletic, Callum Reilly and Mickael Antoine-Curier.

Stevenage expect to have Ben Kennedy back after his Northern Ireland Under-19 duty and are also expected to try out new loan signing Jack Jebb.
