Given the lack of importance of the fixture and the one-sided nature of it on paper it’s hard to summon up too much enthusiasm for tonight’s action at Wembley. Mind you, if you switch sides you’ll find an even more uncompetitive match….. New Zealand v Tonga in the Rugby World Cup !!!

Estonia have failed to score in ANY of their last five away games and need a shock win tonight to maintain any hope of qualifying.

Michael Carrick should be fit after his recent groin injury but captain Wayne Rooney and Danny Ings are both missing due to ankle injuries.

Roy Hodgson still intends to play a strong side. He said: “We are not in an experimental mode, we think we’ve done enough experimenting. We think we do know what we want to do, we think we know the players who are capable of helping us to do what we want to do.”
