STAR PREVIEW: Fiorentina v Dynamo Kiev

It does indeed tend to go on forever but the answer to this season’s never ending story should be known soon.

We’ve reached the quarter final, 2nd leg, stage with three of the four matches televised tonight and all the games kicking off at 8.05pm.

Fiorentina v Dynamo Kiev interests me the most. The first leg finished 1-1 with a last minute equaliser from Fiorentina’s Khouma Babacar giving them an away goal which could prove vital. Babacar misses out tonight though with a knee injury.

Fiorentina are not in the best of form outside this competition, losing four of their last five games and come up against a Dynamo Kiev side tonight who are now seven games unbeaten and topping their domestic table by five points in Ukraine.
