STAR PREVIEW: Leeds v Blackburn
[dropcap]R[/dropcap]are Thursday night Championship action tonight at Elland Road as Leeds host Lancashire rivals Blackburn at 7.45pm (SKY).
The sides, split by the Pennines, are pretty neighbourly in the league table. 17th and 18th with Leeds edging it by just a point although Leeds are without a win in their last five games, since winning 2-1 at MK Dons in September.
Blackburn have won on both their last visits to Elland Road by an aggregate of 5-1 and will be well up for seeing off Leeds who staggeringly have not won at home game in over seven months. Manager of Leeds Steve Evans called that situation simply a βdisgraceβ.
Leeds winger Jordan Botaka has had tonsillitis and his fitness will be assessed prior to kick off. Chris Wood took a knock at the weekend but is expected to be fit.
Blackburn will again be without the services of Bangaly-Fode Koita (hamstring) and Danny Guthrie (thigh).
