STAR PREVIEW: Man City v Steaua Bucharest
[dropcap]R[/dropcap]umour has it that Man City have such an easy task tonight that even Joe Hart could be allowed to start in goal.
Apologies for the cheap jibe at Hart’s expense. The chances of Hart staying with City now seem close to zero after Guardiola has reportedly said that “Hart can’t kick straight and is free to leave the club”. A pretty damning indictment for a goalkeeper.
The huge gulf between these two sides was exposed in Bucharest and Man City missed two penalties and hit the woodwork twice too. It still could end up as double figures, on aggregate, as City march towards the Group stage.
City captain Vincent Kompany and new signings Ilkay Gundogan and Leroy Sane are back in training but not yet match fit for this dead rubber of a game.

Finding a bet is tough, given the first leg score, but City are likely to want to put on a show at home and I see no reason why we shouldn’t see over 3.5 match goals which can be backed at around 11/10 with Star Sports.
