STAR PREVIEW: QPR v Brighton & Hove Albion

[dropcap]B[/dropcap]usy night of Championship action and it’s possible we’ll see a new leader at close of play.

Both the top two sides look to have tough tasks. Middlesbrough are at home to fifth placed Burnley whilst current leaders Brighton travel to QPR who would leap to the edge of the play-off zone themselves if securing all three points.

Brighton are enjoying a terrific season – currently unbeaten in the league (20 games) but also becoming something of draw specialists with 8 from their last 13 games resulting in a stalemate.

QPR now have Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink at the helm and his debut match saw a 0-0 encounter with Burnley.

Charlie Austin’s return from injury is good news for the hosts. Austin has scored every 131 minutes in the Championship this season; only Bobby Zamora (94) and Andre Gray (124) have posted a better minutes-per-goal rate (min five goals scored).

I’m sticking with a DRAW here at 11/5 with Star Sports.
