STAR PREVIEW: WGC FedEx St Jude Invitational with BLUE HORSESHOE

I’m currently in the middle of the worst job of all this week, shifting house. So if you don’t mind I’ll cut straight to the chase for the WGC Fed-EX St. Jude Invitational at TPC Southwind in Memphis.

Blue Horseshoe Loves

Bernd Wiesberger at 125/1 with

Wiesberger played fairly well in his first tournament back on American soil last week to finish in a tie for 26th. This multiple time winner on the PGA Tour is a seriously classy player and I think this layout, which values accuracy over length, will suit his game.

Matt Wallace at 100/1 with

Wallace has been trending very well lately. He placed for us at 160/1 at the Memorial two weeks ago and I feel like this guy is getting really close now to breaking his maiden on the PGA Tour.

Gary Woodland at 40/1 with

Woodland has been paying well of late but has been let down by one bad round. He’s definitely trending well and his straight driving game will be very beneficial here.

Brendon Todd at 100/1 with

100/1 is an insult for a player that is at or near the top of a host of important stats like driving accuracy and scrambling this season. Todd has rediscovered his late 2019 form and is excellent each way value at this price.

Dustin Johnson at 28/1 with

I think Johnson’s withdrawal last week, citing a back strain was bollocks. I think he got angry because he stuck it in the water twice in a row on one hole and lost the plot. I think he is still in good form from his recent win at the Travelers and this price is superb each way value for one of the winningest players on the PGA Tour in modern history.
