Wolves have found that what goes up must come down in the Premier League. After a brilliant start when Nuno’s men announced their arrival on the scene in no uncertain terms, they have hit a bit of a tricky spell recently, but they can bounce back against Huddersfield today.
Nuno Santo’s men were winless in their first three before then taking four wins in five games, and since then they have regressed to the mean a tad, no wins in their last four. However, these results need context; the last two were a defeat to fourth-placed Tottenham and then a draw at Arsenal, a game they can feel aggrieved not to have won after more than matching the Gunners.
They are facing a resurgent Huddersfield who have a win and a draw in their last two, but the win came against Fulham and their draw with West Ham – a creditable effort – came at home. That performance was a marked improvement on most things that the Terriers have done this season but going to Molineux is likely to be more difficult and Wolves have been more consistent than the Hammers this season.

Their tally of just two home wins is an outlier given that they’ve taken points off City there and had to face Tottenham and Watford, and more home wins should be forthcoming. A price of 4/9 is very short but the one goal handicap (three way handicap) is of more interest at 17/10 with starsports.bet.
