STAR PREVIEW: Wolves v Leeds United
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Special Gone !!! All the headlines are on Jose Mourin-go but the real football story of the day is Wolves v Leeds in the Championship tonight!
I jest (a little) – some of the recent head to heads between these two look like a string of binary code 0-0-1-1-1-0-0-1-1-0-1-0 so I’m not sure what happened last time when Wolves beat Leeds 4-3. Scenes !!
Both teams are failing to sparkle this season in mid-table mediocrity. Wolves doing marginally better but their recent form is pretty awful – just two wins from their last 10 games and both of those wins came away from Molineux.
Leeds have won three times on the road this season and are playing better form under Steve Evans.
Kenny Jackett is expected to name an unchanged Wolves squad from the one that drew 1-1 with Nottingham Forest.
Leeds welcome back captain Sol Bamba after a toe injury but Scott Wootton is set to come in at right-back for Gaetano Berardi who could be out for up to eight weeks with an ankle injury.
