STAR SPORTS AT SANDOWN: BRIGADIER GERARD STAKES

He will be fighting against Gethin, who looks like an exciting prospect and a horse on the rise for Owen Burrows, making his debut for new owners Wathnan Racing.

Arabian Light is respected with Ryan Moore booked, while Almeric, third on his return in the Gordon Richards Stakes over course and distance, may prefer softer ground than he’s likely to get here.

⭕️ Star Sports will also have an on-course offering, with Martin ‘Lofty’ Chapman and Dan providing their usual charm and service on the rails at Sandown.
