🗣️ How is the Premier League shaping up this year?

💬 “It should be an exciting end to the Premier League this season. We’ve a proper three-way title race where it is hard to split them, a race for Champions League qualification where 5th place may be enough this year and a relegation battle where two of last year’s promoted teams face a mammoth task, but Luton will have hopes of survival.”

🗣️ Do you think Liverpool can maintain their position at the top of the table?

💬 “It’s going to be a big ask. Injuries to some important players have left the squad stretched while fighting in all four competitions. So far, they have come through it, winning the League Cup final and only dropping points to Arsenal this calendar year, and they clearly have the extra motivation in Klopp’s final season, but they’ll need all their squad back soon if they’ve any chance of winning the league. They are our biggest antepost liability this season having laid a decent bet at 8/1 pre-season, so we’ve been happy to see both Manchester City and Arsenal really find their form of late. City always tend to this time of year, especially with Haaland and De Bruyne returning. Arsenal also look strong, in defence especially. Hopefully that continues and we get a title race that goes to the wire.”

🗣️ Are there any teams that you think could be in danger that aren’t currently facing relegation?

💬 “Sheffield Utd and Burnley have looked a level below and have it all to do if they have any chance of surviving. I can’t see it myself but the other promoted team from last year, Luton, have impressed at times and have won over some new fans, I’m sure. It shows the strength of this league though that they still find themselves in the relegation zone. Brentford, Everton, and Crystal Palace will be looking over their shoulder, but they have just that little bit of extra quality in their squad and this looks a match between Luton and Nottingham Forest.”

🗣️ How has the Champions League been this year?

💬 “I’ve seen quite a few takes this year that the Champions League has lost its quality and magic a bit this year. However, betting wise it has been as popular as ever with us which is great to see. This should continue as we get into the latter stages, and we see the big clashes. Interestingly, PSG (10/1) are our worst result and we’ve seen steady money for Manchester City (13/8), Real Madrid (9/2) and Inter Milan (10/1).”

🗣️ Are the Europa League & Europa Conference League just as popular?

💬 “Not quite Champions League levels of interest but busy enough, particularly with four English teams left in those competitions and all holding chances of winning. In the Europa League, Liverpool are 7/4 favourites, Brighton are 11/1 and West Ham 16/1. Meanwhile in the Europa Conference League, Aston Villa are the favourites at 9/4. It would be Klopp’s final game as Liverpool manager should they reach the final and would be some way to go out. Aston Villa have to see the Conference League as a very winnable competition, but their focus may be on qualifying for the Champions League next year with a strong finish to the season in the Premier League.”

🗣️ Anything else to look out for in the remainder of the season?

💬 “Over in Germany, it’s hard to believe Harry Kane may join Bayern Munich and not win a trophy this year. It’s been a difficult year for us to watch having laid Bayer Leverkusen heavily at 25/1 pre-season and we look to be staring down the barrel of a big payout unfortunately.

Back in England, the Championship title race looked almost over not too long ago with Leicester going as short as 1/11 to win the league but Leeds and Ipswich recent hot form has them back in contention and it will be interesting to see if they can keep mounting the pressure on the Foxes at the top.

There are some good quarter finals to look forward to in the FA Cup including Manchester Utd vs Liverpool. As usual, Manchester City are the team to beat and are 11/8 favourites. Wolves may be interesting here, with their tie against Coventry favourable and not much left to play for in the league.”

🗣️ What are some unique promotions that Star Sports offer for football?

💬 “We have a range of promotions available currently including Premier Extra, Second Chance, Build-a-Bet Bonus and more. Premier Extra is a particularly popular one.
