STAR FOOTBALL PREVIEW Sat: Chelsea v Man City (FA Cup Final)
Manchester City’s bid to complete a domestic cup double goes to Wembley on Saturday when they face a Chelsea side desperately seeking a silver lining to a miserable season, writes JOE CITRONE.
Pep Guardiola’s men have been in strong form, unbeaten in their last nine matches and ruthless in dispatching Liverpool 4-0 in the quarter-finals.
Having already lifted the League Cup, they are 90 minutes from a double – and there is very little in Chelsea’s recent record to give the Blues any hope.
Interim boss Calum McFarlane takes charge of his sixth game at the helm of a club that has been in managerial chaos all season, having already seen off both Enzo Maresca and Liam Rosenior.
The Blues have won just one of their last five, with three damaging Premier League defeats sandwiching a sole FA Cup semi-final win over Leeds. City thumped them 3-0 at Stamford Bridge as recently as April, and they have not beaten their opponents in 14 attempts.

STARSPORTS.BET FOOTBALL MARKETS
City have won four of the last five head-to-heads and Chelsea are running on fumes under a caretaker manager.
The occasion may lift the Blues, but I just donβt see Guardiola letting this opportunity slip against a significantly less experienced managerial counterpart.
At 3/4 with starsports.bet, I am backing Manchester City to win.
